Implementation Manager
Focus School Software is currently working with private and public school districts as well as higher education institutions around the globe. We are committed to delivering the very best student information system software on the market with a focus on tools that increase productivity and facilitate higher attendance and test scores.
Focus School Software is looking to expand our team by hiring an Implementation Manager to manage the migration to our software.
- Must be reliable and organized
- Industry experience is preferred
- Good presence and phone voice needed
- Strong ability to multitask and work in a team environment
- Experience with Office, Word and Excel mandatory
Job duties include:
- Implementation for new clients
- Training new clients
- Handling all verbal and written correspondence with client
- Checking data for errors
- Troubleshooting
- Creating project timelines
- Insuring that we meet our target dates
This will be a full-time position working on-site in our downtown St. Petersburg office.
