Focus/SIS offers canned and ad hoc reports that are easy to generate and offer a wealth of information for administrators, teachers, parents and other school officials that need information about a particular student or group of students.

GRAPHICAL DISPLAY OF INFORMATION - Bar charts, pie charts and list views for aggregate information are available throughout Focus/SIS. The charts and list views can be printed or exported to Excel with a single click. Drill down capability is provided for deeper analysis.
MODULES THAT MEET TODAY’S EDUCATIONAL DEMANDS - Focus/SIS provides modules that meet the most challenging reporting requirements for today’s educators: Response to Intervention (RtI) and Race to the Top (RTTT). Track the efficacy of interventions for individual students and groups of students using the RtI module. Align teacher appraisals with student performance and standards using the RTTT tools.
EASY TO USE DRAG AND DROP REPORT CREATOR - Use any data in Focus/SIS, including data that has been imported from third party systems to create holistic reports about a student or group of students. The three step process is so easy that even the most technophobic teachers master the three step process in minutes.

MULTI LAYERED FILTERS AND WILDCARDS - When working with large amounts of data, users can filter the data and/or utilize intuitive wildcard statements such as equal to, starts with, less than, greater than, less than or equal to, greater than or equal to, contains and does not contain.
SAVE REPORTS AND/OR PUBLISH TO OTHER USERS - Reports can be saved for future use. A menu organizes the reports and shows to which users the reports are published. Published reports are subject to the rights and permissions set up for each user, ensuring that sensitive data is not displayed. In addition, reports can be set up at the district level and pushed out to the schools.
